Dwarf Concept art and illustration

I had to create a dwarf character for a school project. The assignment was to create a character as well as a small backstory for it.

Mine is about a dwarf that used to live in a mine. In the mine, he made a good pickaxe. He believes it is the best pickaxe in existence and now his goal is now to prove it to everyone. A pickaxe should be able to break any stone, as well as enemies. So he left the mine to prove his weapon is the best.
